  • 2) Wash the stalks in clean water

  • 4) Drink as soon as it’s blended
  • 5) Remember that this recipe provides enough juice to keep you going for two whole
    days, preferably in a glass jar with a lid

Making celery juice in a blender

  • 1) Use one bundle of celery and separate the stalks by chopping off the base
  • 2) Wash the stalks in clean water
  • 3) Cut the stalks into approximately 1” pieces and put them all in the blender
  • 4) Add 1/4th cup water and blend thoroughly until smooth.
  • 5) Put a fresh nut-milk bag over the opening of the pour-snout, letting the celery blend go through. Squeeze the juice through the bag as it pours out.
  • 6) Drink as soon as all these steps are done
  • 7) Remember that this recipe makes enough juice to keep for two days in the
    refrigerator, preferably in a glass jar with a lid
